This is a quick & dirty chicken recipe. It’s not particularly special, but it’s useful when you’ve got to make lunch and have no time for real food.
Thaw the breast for a few hours—it needn’t be completely thawed, or even mostly. Pre-heat the grill to very hot, then toss the chicken on, liberally applying seasoning on each side as soon as it has thawed a tad. If you’d like, slice a lemon thinly and lay the chicken on a bed of slices, then cover it with more. Cook until done all the way through. It ain’t great, but it’ll sustain you.
