Marine Beheaded?
The captive Marine is claimed
to have been beheaded. If true, this could be the worst mistake the
rebels have ever made. Marines really don’t take well to
the deaths of their own. I am reminded of the tale of a pair in one of
the Banana Wars in the early 20th century (Nicaragua, perhaps?) who
walked into the enemy camp disguised only in ponchos, shot the enemy
leader dead and cut out his heart—all to avenge their captain.
The (possible) murderers of this Marine stated, Pull your military
and you'll be safe
; it’s their safety they should be
concerned about.
